Activate user account

This article is a step-by-step guide to activate a user account.

STEP 1: Locate the activation email from "Prescience Mailer Daemon" with the subject "Prescience - Confirm your account".

STEP 2: Click the "here" link as shown below to activate the account. This will forward you to a page where you can setup your password.

STEP 3: Fill and confirm your new password and click "Change password"

STEP 4: The account is now activated and Prescience will automatically forward you to the dashboard.

Password guidelines:

• Select a complex password and keep it safe and secure at all times
• You can update your password at any time under your user profile
• Your account is personal and you are not permitted to share your account with other people
• Prescience will never ask you for your password via phone, email or chat
• If you suspect that your password has been compromised please contact Prescience Support immediately
