Update user profile

This article is a step-by-step guide to update the user profile.

STEP 1: Go to the user profile page by clicking the user menu in the top right corner of the dashboard.

STEP 2: Switch between the tabs in the top right corner to update personal info and password respectively.

STEP 3: To update your personal information simply edit the form and click "Save"

STEP 4: To update your password first type you current password, type and confirm your new password and click "Change password"

Password guidelines:

• Select a complex password and keep it safe and secure at all times
• You can update your password at any time under your user profile
• Your account is personal and you are not permitted to share your account with other people
• Prescience will never ask you for your password via phone, email or chat
• If you suspect that your password has been compromised please contact Prescience Support immediately
