Reset password

This article is a step-by-step guide to reset a password.

STEP 1: Go the Prescience dashboard login page

STEP 2: Click the "here" link as shown below.

STEP 3: Type the email address associated with your Prescience account and click "Reset password". Prescience will you an email to verify that you are the owner of the email address.

STEP 4: Open the email and click the "here" link to be forwarded to the password reset form.

STEP 5: Type and confirm your new password. Once the password is changed you will be forwarded to the dashboard.

Password guidelines:

• Select a complex password and keep it safe and secure at all times
• You can update your password at any time under your user profile
• Your account is personal and you are not permitted to share your account with other people
• Prescience will never ask you for your password via phone, email or chat
• If you suspect that your password has been compromised please contact Prescience Support immediately
